This Set of 8 Federal Glass uranium glass tea cups and saucers comes with a story! This was found wrapped in newspaper dated March 23rd 1933, with the headline discussing the stock market of the Great Depression! These glasses have been in storage since roughly 1933! (I will ship the paper with the set if you would like the historical story for the set)
The cups measure 2 1/2" tall and 3 3/4" in diameter, the saucers measure 5 3/4" in diameter. All are marked with the F in a shield. All in very good condition, no chips or cracks.
