Pre-owned with minor signs of age and casual use, but in nice condition overall. No tears or holes - the waterproof liner on the top pouch has degraded with age as shown. It has a bit of a smell as do all polyurethane coatings with time. You can clean this out yourself - there's lots of videos and resources that tell you how to clean it up. I'm selling as is.
