Vintage Josef Originals March Birthday Girl Doll, from research she is from the "Doll of the Month" series. This porcelain figurine is designed by Muriel Joseph George starting in the mid-1940s, and the "Doll of the Month" series debuted in 1963. Has none of her original labels but is marked on the bottom. No chips cracks or repairs. She is approx 4” please review all photos zoom in. She's wearing a Spring dress & bonnet in a greenish or blueish, decorated with yellow flowers & gold gilt trim. Also a voluminous white petticoat. She is holding her little gray poodle, in her arm. Her hair is a beautiful medium brown or red & her eyes are black. Made the 1960's. A must have for any collector of vintage Josef Original figurines or have a collection of March birthday memorabilia.
