Vintage 1920-30s Lorraine Spotlight - this item, possibly for a Packard, is a used spotlight with a working controller. Turning the handle allows the light to swivel on a horizontal plane. Not sure if the electrical part or the bulb works. The chrome is pretty decent but there are spots that need attention and there are a few scratches and dings. Seems pretty complete in that it has a switch, wires with a braided cover and the mounting hardware.
