Vintage 14K Gold Imperial Topaz/Diamond Ring/Like New SZ 5/ MAKE OFFER

Attached receipt from buying from JB Hudson Jewelry on 7 25 1986. Paid $575, tax $34.50 and $20 fee. Total $629.50. Also have appraisal for insurance from May 30, 1987.
Description for appraisal: One 14Kt yellow/gold Imperial Topaz and diamond ring. The stone measures 8 x 6mm and has fine cut and clarity. The stone has honey yellow color with pink hues. There are two .03ct full cut diamonds in the remainder of the ring. Replacement value at $400 on May 30 1987.
This ring has only been worn a couple times. It has been in my family all these years.
This is a unique, excellent condition piece of jewelry.
In original box from JB Hudson Jewelers in Minneapolis.
My sister bought beautiful jewelry but usually just wore her plain gold items. I saw her frequently over the years.
I have never seen her wear this.
The jeweler made sure to point out in writing and in person the excellent clarity in this stone. I remember her telling me the jeweler was very impressed with the cut and clarity.
