Here is a curl bar for bicep/tricep exercises, that can be attached to a cable pulldown machine. Or not. Just use it like a regular curl bar. It's made of different materials, steel, fiberglass removable nylon sleeves to fit one inch plates,if you dont want to use it with 2" plates..
And ,the handles rotate!! Great for zottman style curls, lying tricep extentions. Can do hammer curls on a machine oruse it by itself. Very light weight bar. Nice color, kinda like a burgundy.
