The multi-purpose blade is for quickly chopping or mincing anything from herbs to fruit to nuts. A dough blade will knead yeast dough thoroughly. You can create medium or thick slices of potatoes, tomatoes, vegetables and even chocolate. And shred hard fruits and vegetables, cheese or chocolate too. Control the results with a choice of low, high or pulse buttons. It's easy to use and set up, with a twist-free design so you simply click the bowl into place and open with the hinged lid. Once you've finished, the bowl and all the accessories are dishwasher-safe.
